Adams, Renee Oyotode Epse Adebile, Collins Okafor, and Yuka Nishikawa. I extend sincere thanks to Jennifer Brodmann, the Vice President–Program Chair, the Vice President–Program Chair-Elect, and the entire Program Committee for their outstanding efforts.

Throughout the year, the Board has also been actively engaged in advancing the Association’s mission. One notable initiative is the Doctoral Mentorship Program, launched in February 2025. Thanks to the participation of 19 faculty mentors from multiple institutions, ten doctoral students successfully completed the inaugural program. Special thanks to Andrew Lynch, Executive Director, for his leadership in bringing this initiative to fruition.

As a 501(c)(3) organization, SWFA remains open to partnership opportunities with academic institutions, certification bodies, professional organizations, and industry partners. Whether you are interested in short-term collaborations during the upcoming Dallas conference or longer-term engagements beyond 2026, please feel free to reach out to Nacasius Ujah for further discussion.

We look forward to welcoming you to Dallas and to another successful SWFA annual meeting.

Warm regards,
